Aside from waiting for 4 hours, weve a met one of the rudest doctor with such no empathy. We just shared our story to this doctor that were flying in a few days and our daughter twisted her ankle. Lets call him Dr. D. He told us that our logistical problem is not his problem. Not sure if he is just being racist because we are people of colour or he was just thought not to show any empathy on patients in med school. So disappointed!

I have added a star because of the staff at the clinic being professional. Terrible logistics and service. Waited on a relatively cold morning starting at 720 am for a spot at the walk in clinic. Big line. People cut the que and just walked in front of others and were handed tickets by a security guard to GET INTO THE CLINIC. While everyone behind them was told best to come back another day. GET SECURITY OBSERVING THE LINE BEFORE THE CLINIC OPENS IF THERE'S A LIMITED NUMBER OF PATIENT CAPACITY! I am suprised people have not gotten into arguments and fights due to the extraordinary poor service and people cutting in line. A VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE WHEN YOU ARE IN PAIN. Poorly thought out. No issues with health staff, just the logistics.

This place is total luck of the draw saw Dr. David Williams here who miss diagnosed a knee injury stated it was out of place and just through a month (4-6 weeks) of bracing that it would self resolve. Unfortunately for me it ended up being a torn meniscus and 6 months of recovery I later found out through diagnosis during physiotherapy. On the other hand I have broken my right hand (boom) and through this process Ive been blessed with David Vancura a true legend this guy greets everyone patient with top of the line enthusiasm truly seems like he enjoys his job he has provided me with great care and lays out multiple solutions to best serve the patients needs. If my only experience here was with Dr. Vancura Id leave a 10 star review if I could.
