        I just found out that the clinic closed. Anyone know how would I go about getting a copy of my medical record?

        After about 20 yrs of going to this walk in clinic. I found out Dr. Morris has retired. He was good to me and did his best before sending me to a specialist. He was never in a hurry to write a prescription just for the sake of it. Wish him the best. Now the fun of finding a new Doctor.

        I went there cause my family doctors appointment wasnt available for a week and I needed to see a doctor urgently. The whole process took approximately 35-45 minutes, everyone was so nice there, the doctor listened to me and treated me very well. I would highly recommend this place.
