We had an excellent experience using Restoration Window and Door. During the estimate process they helped identify what we NEED as opposed to trying to make a big sale. They inspected every window and determined if it required full replacement, just new glass or just hardware repair. The quote came in at a highly competitive price. They kept us informed of the timelines while the new products were ordered. The installation was done in one day. They did an excellent job on the install and did not leave any mess whatsoever. Just a fabulous experience. Unfortunately, today, there are too few renovation companies who really care about what is best for their customer. Restoration was great, from the initial visit where they really took the time to explain everything to us to the wonderful installers to the follow up after the install...they excelled all the way.
