Stopped in yesterday looking for a plastic clip that broke off one of my windows. I was greeted at the door with a smiling face that was eager to help. She quickly went in the back and returned with exactly what I needed and I was on my way. Customer service the way it should be but rarely is anymore!

We would recommend Clear Choice everyday of the week, we have used them 3 different times for windows and doors. Their sales staff are wonderful and the installation team was great. If you are deciding on windows or doors you cant go wrong working with Mike and Mary.

Avoid at all costs. Please research and hire other Window companies. I will give a brief rundown of events here. Perhaps I'll add some photographs and transcripts/recordings of the phone calls as well. Windows approximately 8 weeks late with the odd e-mail saying 'sorry'. Damage inside the home including broken curtain retainer, trim installed over top of curtain rod bracket, dented wall and destroyed sump pump hose. Shoddy installation practices which include a dull or incorrectly sized air gun that leaves large visible holes and trim which is obviously damaged and should not have been used. Incorrectly cut exterior moulding which one could clearly see was not appropriate. So after numerous phone calls; which included inviting the company owners to come and see the issues, I was threatened with a lien on my house after I said I would like the issues fixed before I completed payment of approximately $10,000. Do I not have the right to see work completed before I pay? Some of my issues were addressed; some were not. I was actually accused of 'complaining for to get something for free'. Do yourself a favour and use another company. This is so way to conduct business or treat customers.
