Hi-Tech Energy Windows & Doors

If I could give zero stars I would. The installers broke a piece of the frame of my door when they installed it. That was a year and three months ago. I have been calling once a month now to remind them about the piece that needs to be replaced. They never get back to me, they constantly lie to me and tell me its on order when clearly, its not. And they always transfer me to a different line where no one picks up and no one responds to my voicemail. I have been very polite for 15 months now. Not sure what I need to do to get these people to honour their installation and warranties.

Had two windows and 1 door installed 3 months ago..very clean work and very good windows. We were planning on going with Green Brand Windows and Doors because their quote was cheaper. But a few houses in my neighborhood had very bad experience with Green Brand. So we chose Hitech in the end.Very happy with our decision to go with hitech..I would definitely recommend.

The windows are great and look good. The outside doors not so good. They dont close properly and the back door was put on backwards. They feel cheap. We called a week or so after install in September and was told someone was coming to take a look. No one contacted us, and with the cold the door is getting worst, its more noticeable. Happy Canadian made.

Ordered a door that took at least 6 moths to install. After less than a year the paint on this rather expensive door started peeling and the threshold plate broke and nails are rusted. Called to have it looked at and was told they'd fix it/repaint. Have called repeatedly to get this fixed and still haven't had any response. It's been two years since it was installed and a year since we've tried to get this addressed and still nothing. Deeply disappointed with the quality and service and are out thousand+ dollars.
