Just had the guys at north shield come install my big front living room window, they were quick and efficient and it looks awesome. The whole process from dealing with Rodney the salesmen to having it installed from Vladimirs crew was pleasant and they have the best pricing!

Edit on May 12th, 2023: Company called and offered a cleanup for the glass and wood that was left behind. Very happy with their customer service and sales team, and the windows are excellent!

They recently replaced 7 windows and a patio door. When they called me to book the install appointment they had availability that week! It took them about 5 hours to install them, including the time it took them to vacuum everything. I'm participating in the federal Greener Home grant, so a 3rd party had to come and do the post retrofit evaluation. They were impressed with the quality of the windows and doors, and I qualified for the maximum rebate for everything that was installed.
