Barbara is amazing! She is warm, friendly and great sense of humor. She welcomes all customers even when she is busy helping many but never too busy to be a calm and delightful presence! Normally we don't buy from Laura but her welcoming demeanor made it that much better of a shopping experience, a perfect gift for Mother's Day! Thank you Barbara for being a warm presence and great reminder of what retail is suppose to be! Fabulous, friendly and helpful!

Firstly, I'd applaud the customer service of this store.. I went into this high class looking store, expecting the general customer service which is egoistic towards customers. But it was totally different. Domenica was my service representative and she was really friendly and energetic. Helped my friend pick dresses, helped her with everything she needed and even stayed with me for small talk while my friend tried the dresses. She's also an amazing sales person, realised that my friend might need some accessories with the dress and was upfront about selling them but not in a pushy way. The collection is decent but customer service is what got this store a 5 star.

My young daughter 19, just came home and was upset at the experience she had at your store. First off, she walked into their looking for a shawl or cover up of some type for her birthday dress that she just bought (not from Laura). She happened to have the dress with her and she told me the ladies told her to put it on, and berated her while she was in the dress stating things like, "I don't like that. It's not "it", "It looks bad...I really don't like it." They asked her why she picked it out and what she saw in it. I am sure you can imagine how this would make a young woman feel especially when she was so excited about her dress in the first place. They also said it was "too big" then proceeded to try and synch the sides and put some kind of knot in it. They also then asked her if she has dressed for a formal event before. They then told her to take it back to where she got it from and to tell them "to stop making *%it". Have contacted customer service to be told I would be able to speak to an upper managment; haven't heard anything since.
