the prices are a little high for my liking but when it comes to buying plus sized clothing their prices are pretty fair and the staff are very pleasant and helpful

Wish I had the womens name who helped me but I went in the Ellie store around 5:30 ish this evening (blonde) and needed something for a Christmas party and was struggling to find a nice outfit on a budget. This women helped me put something nice together and was so patient with my inability to make up my mind, never rushed me (even though it was ten mins to close) and even offered to stand with my baby who was with me so I could try something on. I have never come across this before, she was so nice honest and genuine I wish I could shop with her all the time hahaha. Penningtons is lucky to have this women work for them. She deserves a raise!

I was in the store for about 20 minutes with no greeting and no help. I felt totally ignored and I was going to but quite a bit for Christmas. Keep in mind the staff greeted everyone else and helped the rest of the customers. Not impressed and will not go back to this location.
