I made an online purchase which I attempted to cancel within the 30 minute cancellation window but due to time zone differences customer service department was closed. I called the following day and was reassured that my purchase which was charged in USD would be refunded in the same currency (my return store is located in Canada) and received an email stating my order would be refunded in full if returned in store. When I attempted to return my order in store the staff indicated they would have to recalculate the currency difference based on the date purchased exchange rate and did so for all items (it was a different ate I was charged on the date of purchase). I had been charged paid duty to the store directly on the full order none of which was refunded. The staff's suggestion was to purchase in store next time as it was "easier" and after experiencing loss of money due to refund provided in CAD and duty paid I was offered a $10 dollar coupon. I have contacted customer service 3 times with no resolution and have most recently been informed I am waiting for 'Tier 2' customer to connect with me but I have received no correspondence. I would not recommend purchasing anything online if you live in Canada and unfortunately had an extremely poor experience in store when trying to return my order.
