I went to laura (WINNIPEG OUTLET) to buy my moms dress. And one of the lady who works there told me that its 14 days for refund/return and after that you can get a gift card or you can exchange. I went couple days after to buy my dress this time and i wanted to confirm the return policy. They said its only 14 days to return nothing after that. I told them that i was told you can exchange or get a store credit after 14 days. The lady who was helping us went and grabbed her ASSISTANT MANAGER, and she was being really rude to us. She didnt know how to talk to kids (my sister was there with me and shes younger, the assistant manager was being super rude and mean) and she didnt even apologize for her words or the misunderstanding that was created by her employee. I am actually going to return both of the dresses because of her that behaviour! Really bad customer service and customer experience! And i will never go to that store again!

Lovely and very colorful clothing.They have very stylish clothes in different price ranges .I am happy with customer service at this locations.

I want to commend all the salespeople at Laura. They were friendly and super helpful during my visit today. A standout employee, however, was Amara. She was very friendly and helpful and very considerate about my disability. Thanks Amara. Your employer ought to recognize you with a customer service award and a raise!

customer service was nice experience, till made mistake with the billing and "Angie" start saying that because we had bad English, seriously wow Angie do you even live in Canada????????
