        Older gentleman, I believe the manager, was arrogant and rude with my wife when she asked him some questions regarding a jacket she was interested in. She was having a hard time finding it since the store was a but messy. He then followed her around making her feel uncomfortable. We wont be going back.

        I'm confused. I used to go to LL Bean for quality goods made in the USA with a lifetime guarantee. Now I find out less than 10% of ll bean products are made in the us?!? and its a 1 year guarantee? Why are you still charging premium prices for cheap materials made oversees? The store looked messy and it was hard to get service. Once I looked at the tags, and saw the materials and county of origin and the price, I walked out. Shame ll bean.
