No, no, no, no, no. Professional standards. I had an appointment booked after speaking at length and detail in a telephone conversation. I did not receive an agreed email confirming the appointment. Fast forward and I call to confirm the date of the appointment and they have no record of anything. The representative who answered the phone said she would send an email to "the team" and call me back when she finds something out. I have not received a phone call. This is just not acceptable. I see a concrete wall, which is seemingly correct.

Waited an extended period for an appointment, had the first one rescheduled and new doctor assigned after 3 months of waiting, that's normal with mental health. 6 days prior to the rescheduled appointment I was informed via voice-mail that this appointment is canceled, not rescheduled. I have my doubts on their ability to treat serious problems if scheduling an intake appointment is this cumbersome. Will not attempt to book another appointment, it's just not worth reaching out to them for help. Edit: After letting this age for awhile I will say that reaching out for help and it only being an illusion was hard. Others just need to know that this treatment isn't personal. You're just a number in a list to these people. Be ready before you expose yourself and just know that even this place is a risk.
