We wanted to place an offer on the house she listed but she got back to me 3 days later saying the owner has accepted an offer. If you are a realtor learn to get back to people on the same day if not in the same hour. Super disappointed. I dont recommend her.

Pam and her team are amazing to work with. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they work for you and get you what you want and walk you through the entire process. I can't recommend her enough!!

Pam is an amazing realtor! Although I haven't found my perfect home just yet I'm certain that with Pam's help it's just around the corner. Pam is honest and forthcoming. I highly recommend her to anyone! I just went through Pam's office again, listed my property and sold it within 3 hours!!!!! She is amazing!!! I highly recommend her. I will definitely put Pam's talent for Real Estate back in Action when I moved to New Brunswick in 2023!

Does not do what she says she will. Pam listed a property with a note that ALL offers would be reviewed 5 days later at a specific time with offers to be 24 hours irrevocable. After reading this I decided to hold my offer until closer to the review date to see how many offers would come in. Only to find out she sold it against her own instruction 4 days into the listing. Hopefully any future properties I attempt to buy will not have her name on the front lawn. If you are looking for integrity I would suggest another realtor.
