        Useless warranty. Sold a broken couch and best they can do is offer a new cushion. Paid for a warranty and it gave 0, absolutely nothing.

        I've never seen a salesman so disinterested in making a sale or wanting to get information. Asked about an item on the floor near him and was told to take a photo and go ask someone else. I'll give them an extra star because the lady I found was great, but a little too late. The experience was so mind bogglingly bizarre and negative that I will not be back.
