She is truly the best ! She knows above and beyond information about prenatal and postpartum. She makes you feel so confortable and makes you realize that your not alone going through all sort of different things ! Workout wise she has alternatives for everyone ! Shes amazing ! And being around other mothers is so energizing also !

I loved this class. Being pregnant for the first time has been quite challenging for me and having this class once a week really helped. It was a place I could go and be truly open about how I felt knowing others were feeling the exact same way. Having an instructor who is so open, caring and supportive makes all the difference in the world. I learned so much from Martine and I would recommend this class to anyone going through pregnancy, at whatever stage you are in. The exercise in a sense was like the cherry on top, everything else you get out of this class is what really makes it worth going. Hoping to be able to attend some postpartum classes once my baby arrives!
