I bought paint from here to do my kitchen. The owner told my wife that there was no prep work needed... which I've never heard of. So I followed her instructions and painted it. After a few days it began to peel off and looked like a mess. The quality did not reflect the price since it was quite expensive and I would not recommend it.

The owner at serendipity knows her stuff. She gave me advise on a huge project I did on my island and everyone who sees it cant believe how unique it looks. I highly recommend Annie Sloan paints because if I can do it anyone can

I'd like to start out by saying... I was obsessed with Annie Sloan paint and was so excited this store sold it.... however .... Wasn't all that thrilled with the customer service or ease of product usage. Went into the store ( after spending over 100$ and painting part of my kitchen the day before with their Annie Sloan paint ) with questions... the owner talked down to me and made sure I knew it was my fault the paint didn't look nice. First she said it was the cleaner ( it wasn't we looked it up ), then she said I didn't use enough paint ( I used both pots fully ) then she said my technique must be the issue... She just made sure I knew she had zero responsibility and wasn't going to help make it right at all. ( remember I wasn't upset or asking for a refund... I wanted help! ) She also made it seem like I was inconveniencing her as she just came in and states " I just got here I haven't even taken my purse from the car. Can you wait. " however I had been there for about an hour with her store clerk who tried all the same "techniques" she did and they didn't work... Also the 40$ paint brush they ask you to buy, bristles fall out all over your piece.. and when I asked about this I was told I should have washed the brush first... that should be told to the customer or on the 2 page fact sheet they give you! I went in with the intension of purchasing additional paint to try again, but after dealing with the owner... I decided this isn't a store I'd like to spend my money in. Which was heartbreaking considering i was so excited the day before.
