Every time I go into this store I remember WHY it's my favorite paint shop in town. The staff are lovely, friendly and educated. I LOVE that they h ave a record of what paint I've bought when so there's no guessing on old shades!

Do not buy Benjamin moore paint, every drop of their expensive paint I used was a waste of my time. My life would have been better if I would have never set foot in the store. There was no effort by Benjamin moore to make things right. I bought Bought Ben paint and primer for $70 I was under the impression that I had bought a high quality product. The price was high, but with it being both a paint and a primer. The time I would save justified the price. After crack filling, sanding, taping and washing my non-oil paint walls I was excited to begin with my freshly stirred can. It went on with very good coverage after just a single coat. This is where the fun part of my experience with Benjamin moore paint ended. Very quickly the paint began to bubble. There were many, some large and some small. I repaired the bubbles and began the 2nd coat a week later only to find the paint bubbling again, bubbling on top of my previous coat! I called the store and was told quite rudely that it was my fault because I did not use primer. My "Paint and Primer" (as it was stated on the can), turns out, was only paint. I was lied to and made to feel stupid for believing the label. Contrary to how it was advertised on the can I was told my paint was not a paint and primer, but just paint. I was also told that I would have to wait for 2 days to see if anything could be done. After pressing again I begrudgingly was given a refund, but no further compensation for my wasted time and effort. Time and effort that was only wasted because I was sold a lie.
