Every time I go to this pharmacy I leave angry. So so rude the pharmacist and the dark skin assistant stand and talk about social media when their are people waiting 60 min for them to put a sticker on a pill bottle. horrible humans seriously talk down to people. No empathy or compassion at all and I wonder if they dont know or dont care that people can hear what they say. Lawtons will be like everything else in brunswick square closed. Rightfully so.

LESS than one star ! With a " We-could-care-LESS-attitude". After thoroughly ( I PRESUMED ) watching staff interacting with clients/customers , I had my medical items changed from Millidgeville pharmacy , after moving uptown , for ease of access. A HUGE oversight on MY end. Staff from the Counter-lady to the Pharmacist are blatantly and obviously treating customers as less-than-human, while talking DOWN to them during the process.After THREE MONTHS of HOPING they'd become easier to deal with. After all , my prescriptions add up to WELL OVER 1000./ monthly. I might assume they'd treat any customer fair and NOT as blatantly ignorant as I've been treated. Something has certainly changed with service all across the sales board since this Covid event has happened. I am now looking to transfer my medical supplies AND medications to another more reputable pharmacy.
