I went to oick up present for my daughter and the staff member William Newell was rude and uncooperative. I really think he needs proper not only customer service but also antidiscrimantion training or should not work with people. I tried to explain but he was unhelpful and impolite, even tried to teach me english. , my kids were crushed, me too
