Pharmacy makes a lot of mistakes. My prescriptions are either faxed in or phoned and on numerous occasions my prescriptions arent filled or Im told they never received the faxes.

I live 30min from here but I love the friendly and knowledgeable staff - each one always has time for me. I'll keep coming for the service.

I have been a customer for years. When I called to refill a prescription (I am a diabetic) with 12 hours notice, she told me it would only be available for the day after. And maybe I could try my luck after supper. She was acting like my notice was ridiculous. She accused me of not calling with more than 12 hours notice. I explained I was in Rhode Island the day before, and I wasn't demanding it right away. She was extremely rude about it too. "Sign of the times!" She said with a rude laugh. I told her to not bother refilling it, I was going elsewhere to get my prescription. She said, "great, have a good day!" I called Shoppers Drug Mart on Crown Street and not only did they take over my file, but they had my prescription ready within the hour, even though I didn't need them until 9 PM. This was at 10 AM. I called Jean Coutu at 9 AM and they wanted me to "try my luck."

Started going to Jean cotu after losing my family doctor and was using the clinic to receive important medication right next door. Probably just going to go back to shoppers. No empathy. Had great interactions from caring techs in the past but after today's interaction not worth it.
