The Rooms At Woody Point

Classy, clean comfortable,cozy and quite.A sweet design.Lots of natural light and the view is spectacular.Hi speed internet which was a pleasant surprise seems we were nestled down in the long range mountains.Donna the owner was great and very accommodating. Highly recommend this place and looking forward to going back .This is an extra special place for sure !!!!

Our stay at The Rooms of Woody Point was the highlight of our trip to Newfoundland. Its a very special place to stay, with a gorgeous view of Bonne Bay and the mountains off in the distance. The Rooms of Woody Point combine the best of a boutique hotel and an intimate bed and breakfast. Our room was beautifully appointed, with a comfy bed, great sheets and towels, a kitchen area and a modern spa-like shower. The food was exceptional from the signature Pizza on the Patio to custom dinners prepared by Donna the owner who is wonderful chef as well as welcoming host. She went out of her way to accommodate our needs, from delicious food to hiking and site seeing recommendations. We recommend staying there for a unique experience and look forward to visiting there again.

Myself and my partner, along with our dogs stayed at The Rooms in August and I meant to write this review then! Whoops! We are now just reminiscing about how much fun we had there. 10/10 would recommend staying at The Rooms and we have been suggesting it to anyone who asks. The suite we stayed in was brand new and perfectly appointed - everything we needed, and more was available. Very luxurious. Lovely views from every window. Short walk to "downtown" woody point. Donna and her staff are a pleasure to interact with. We had dinner at Pizza on the Porch on my birthday and it was superb. Pizza toppings were local, plentiful and fresh. Donna went out of her way to introduce us to local residents who were also dining there and we had many laughs over dessert. Anything we needed or asked for.. such as a toothbrush because I had lost mine.. Donna provided. She was very accommodating. Her attention to detail and service at cannot be matched by larger hotels or AirBnbs. STAY HERE. TRUST ME. We will be back next August!!!
