I was really disappointed with my experience. I came in for an undercut touch up and some trimming - they were half an hour behind, and the lady who took me seemed completely disinterested in what she was doing. I understand they were busy, but throughout my haircut she hit me multiple times in the face with the chord, shaved the undercut unevenly, used her hands instead of a hairbrush (with sharp nails mind you), yanked on my hair excessively, and didnt bother to brush or blow off any of the cut hair. Ive been finding hair in my wallet, in my glasses - practically everywhere! This is all fine and forgivable, but what really set me over the edge was coming home to find my cartilage piercing missing, seemingly ripped out of my ear by this stylists nails. This piercing shouldnt have been easily removed like this, and can only highlight how rough she was. She seemed nice, and Im sure shes good at what she does - so I can only imagine the staff are so overworked they cant do their best jobs. They either need to hire more staff, or find ways to better support who they have. Service: Hairstyling

Expensive, $27 for a kids cut? Too high, but they know what they're doing, great cut.
