O'Neill Acura

We've owned our Acura MDX for about 10 months and have had nothing but great experiences from the sales and financing process and with the service department. Had a particularly great experience last week when one of the wheels started making a loud noise. They told me to bring it whenever I could the next day and they would put it up on the ramp to see what might be going on. Might need another appointment if parts were needed but they would see what they could do. When I went in they had my paperwork already done and waiting for me right on her desk. While it was in the shop they replaced all the wipers and topped up the air in the tires. They took the wheel off and cleared out a few rocks that had made their way in between the rotor and the break dust shield. I was there maybe an hour and they came over to update me 6 times and offered me coffee twice. They even gave it a quick exterior wash and sent me on my way. Very much a breath of fresh air compared to the service we received from a previous dealership. Highly recommend!

I lease vehicles frequently, and I can tell you, you cant go wrong dealing with O'Neil Acura, the staff is so great and they make everything go smooth and easy, Special thanks to Mr Jonathan Rowsell, Your professional attitude and knowledge and ease of handling things is much appreciated I am thankful for your service and we are so happy and proud for having not one, but two Acuras in the driveway
