Awfle tactics like establishing new rules not written into contract like trying to tell you what cooking utensils that you can use in the apartment. Just dropping new rules after just paying the rent. No compassion for the circumstances of the lease. Apartments in deplorable condition and telling the caretakers not to spend any money doing repairs and renovations. Letting the responsibiity on the caretakers who are not able to do the mimimun of repairs. Horrible attitude toward people.

I lived in the manner in corner brook, but it wasnt for very long. Horrible place and horrible people. You pay $800 a month for a 2 bedroom pay your own utilities, for a run down falling apart apartment then gets blamed for it. Ive been moved out for about a month and still havent gotten my damage deposit back. Very rude people manage the building. $60 was taking out of my damage deposit for a unclean fridge and stove, I barely used the stove and nothing was barely clean when I moved in, they painted before I moved it and there was still dust on the floor from plaster. There is silver fish in the plumbing. DO NOT RENT FEOM THESE PEOPLE. NOT SAFE FOR ANYONE ESPECIALLY KIDS. You will get screwed over.

I think this could make sense if you're just trying to find something to say about how much you care for your own business as much as the people who live here don't think you're really interested in anything but considering how much they do for us

These places are a horrible place to live! Trust me when i say my stay didnt last long after seeing all the mice droppings! The owner of the buildings is an awful man to deal with. Your children wont be allowed to walk on the floor with out complaints...trust me when i say run from this place!
