Crown Cabinets & Fireplaces

Changed the price after the inital quote and we paid more for our fireplace install. In addition, when called to repair work, no reply/callback. Said they'd "fit us in" when they are "in the area." Even with follow up emails, still dismissing us. This is a terrible company with terrible customer service. But it doesn't matter. They get away with it because there are no consequences. Hire anyone else.

This company offers a quality product - the installers were top-notch. BUT the customer service from the salespeople is horrible! No communication regarding the finishing tiles and mantel. I realized we would have to wait until the tiles came in (they were on back order) but we were not called when they did arrive. We are very happy with the fireplace but had to keep pestering them about when the tiling would be done. That being said, MARIO and DANNY saved the day! They were called in last-minute (by Crown) and their work is just gorgeous! Absolute perfection and now Im happy. Ill definitely call Mario again if I ever need tiling done - he and Danny get

I had an opportunity to speak with the owner today on something non-related to the services they offer. He was very respectful, polite and easy to get along with. The impression he left was so good that I will be sure to look to Crown Cabinets & Fireplaces when in need
