If i could give 0 stars I would have. This is by far the WORST extended health care provider I have ever dealt with. You cant talk to anyone on the phone, they never pick up. You submit claims and they get denied and tell you to resubmit. They make your jump through hoops just submitting a basic dental cleaning appointment. Even when you send them all of the documents they require they will still turn around and deny the claim and tell you to resubmit. Why do I need to resubmit my claim 3 times, why does my 1st claim get shut down and no one on their end can figure anything out. The WORST service I have ever received, 0 customer service. They won't give out their bosses information like they are some top secret agent. Its just horrible. Don't ever look for extended health coverage here. Their 3.4 score is not a proper reflection on the product and service you will receive.
