I would highly recommend Andrea Kelly for any of your real estate needs! Myself and wife had "temporarily" moved to the St. John's, NL area approximately 3 years ago. We were visiting from the west coast of the Province of NL. We were renting a house for our expected temporary stay. Andrea knocked on our door one fine evening to introduce herself, as she was making cold calls by going door to door in our neighborhood. As a result of her invaluable assistance we actually went from temporary renters to actually buying a house in the area. A number of months later Andrea contacted us for a follow up. She knew we were having difficulty selling our previous residence on the westcoast of NL. She felt that she wanted to have the opportunity to list and hopefully sell our old home and business. With her confidence and enthusiasm we listed our property with Andrea at Keller Williams Real Estate in St. John's, NL. True to form she was able to generate interest and in turn viewings of our property. After all of her persistence we now have a signed deal for our property! I have had a number of previous experiences with real estate agents over the years, I would certainly put this lady at the top of my list for sure! I am a person who definitely appreciates service, especially with the pride and professionalism that Andrea exudes in spades! In the span of a couple of short years I have watched Andrea go from a random real estate agent who simply knocked at our door one evening, to someone we would call a friend of our family! Andrea was recommended to me by my sister and made my homebuying experience super easy. She listened to what I wanted in a space and what was most important; For me it was afforadablility. I have a huge family and some of them came along to offer their support and insights, and like family, they had a lot to offer! Andrea listened to what I said about each space, and took in their views as well, and helped narrrow down my search for me. She added things that I wouldn't have thought of and was honest about the areas that we visited - the whole "you should've used a Realtor" type thing. She was very quick to respond to all inquiries and always professional. If she didn't have the answer to something she'd track it down. I will be recommending her to any frienda who are looking to buy and will be a returning customer if in future I am lucky enough to do this all again. I've had the pleasure of using Andrea's services again this past year (2021) for both a sale and purchase. My condo was a specific unit and it's clientele was a specific group. It was small space, under 500 sq ft, and with a small list price it opened up interest across all budgets. She did an excellent job of wading through all the inquiries to find those who had a serious interest to keep my viewings to a minimum through the high-risk covid months and did a lot of work behind the scene to garner interest. Couldn't have asked for a better sales lady! She then made the purchasing of a new home quick, easy, and stress free! She knew exactly what we were looking for and helped us nail it down. Cannot recommend her enough! If you're looking for an agent who is honest, sincere, and friendly, quick with responses and helpful at all times, give her a call. You won't be disappointed

Andrea is the best realtor I've had the pleasure of dealing with. She worked tirelessly to get me into my dream house, had answers for all my questions and solutions for all of the snags through the process of purchasing a home during a pandemic. She's the most genuine and likeable realtor you could hope to have on your side, I can't recommend her highly enough!
