Howie was super helpful. He helped us find the perfect house (within our budget!) and he was super nice. Very friendly, easy to talk to, and he actually listens to your concerns. You can tell he doesn't do it just for the money, he's actually good at his job and he goes out of his way to make sure you have the best available. He doesn't try to hide any issues with the houses (if there are any) and he's quick to offer up actually useful suggestions. Highly recommend, wouldn't go with anyone else.

Excellent. As a first time home buyer, Howie was knowledgeable and helped us on every stop on the way, right up until we were finally in our home. He helped pick out a home for us that hit every check mark our list. He was honest with us, giving us the pros AND cons of different locations and houses. Howie also went out of his way to get a better deal on the house for us. He is professional but also fun to work with. He's friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Would, and have, 1000% recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house.
