I bought my store 2 years ago and Atlantic Prepaid was recommended to me by several friends in the business as a good supplier. Their selection of products is much larger than our previous suppliers, and their staff has always been friendly and pleasant, we always receive our products on time with free shipping ! I am writing this review because one of my employees was scammed last week at my store. Even though it was our mistake, the customer service people and manager at Atlantic Prepaid worked very hard and were able to get back most of our money from the scammers. Thank you, highly recommended.

I've never dealt with worse customer service, the Lady that answers all and EVERY call to any number, is the most rude and dismissive customer service representative I have ever dealt with as a store owner. She always seems in a rush and with the most rude and annoyed tone, as if THE CUSTOMERS THAT CONTINUE to bring business to this company, are a bother or an inconvenience to her even when trying to order more products... * Terrible Customer Service * Terrible Technical Support * Issues after Issues when activating cards * would not recommend to my worst enemy
