Smiledog "Your Receptionist"

Been using this service for my small company for years and it's one the best things I could of done.

Smiledog is a great service for small business owners. Rather than have a call go unanswered and have us call them back later, new clients are able to talk to a real person immediately, and therefore more likely to book an appointment. They deal with all of our new client concerns (existing clients call us directly), and it takes a huge burden of admin tasks off of our plate. The service pays for itself even if they book just one new client per month, and they do much more than that.

Im happy to give them five stars. Id give them more if I could. Its what they deserve for how outstanding they have been with delivering their services. Theyve been a phenomenal addition to my firm and being partners with them means that I no longer have to worry about our phone calls not being dealt with. They are also extremely accommodating and friendly.

Our company heavily relies on SmileDogs appointment booking services. I have never heard a single complaint about them from any of my staff. Their agents are highly professional and they have such a great work attitude that helps and makes our own company look even better. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Ive spoken to a lot of receptionists throughout the years-and weve also hired a different customer service company in the past-and I can say with certainty that the staff at SmileDog are the best in the business. Special thanks to Cathy for her amazing job in making sure that all our needs are met and to Brandon for being the fantastic Sales Manager that he is.
