This is a tad over due. My spouse and I decided a year ago to see what the market had to offer. We went to an open house to window shop if you will as 1st time home buyers. We came across a Tour De Force of talent. We met Zach Surette when we decided to schedule our first home showing the same day. From there we realized we were entering the awkward, the exhausting, the heart wrenching and exciting search for our first home. Zach took us on and was cool as a cucumber about our needs and wants and most of all my armour pricing questions. All of them. We still feel we were the most complicated clients he's ever had. He listened to our concerns about properties as they came up, met us with excitement and confidence and options day in day out that closely matched our criteria for a home.
