As first-time buyers, Rod and I had quite a bit of apprehension and uncertainty about selling our home of 30 years. Dan was extremely patient each step of the way in answering questions, sitting with us to explain the selling process, and helping us to understand the whole procedure from start to finish. He worked with us, updated us, and asked our opinions every step of the way so that we were comfortable in the decisions we were making. Dan helped us accomplish our dream leading up to retirement a luxury apartment in the outskirts of the city with amazing views and no yard maintenance! I had the sad duty of selling my sisters condominium as she had moved to long term care. I was very fortunate to receive a referral to Dan Ferguson. We met in late May/early June and Got along immediately.Dan explained the process to me in a very clear manner and with absolutely no pressure. My sisters place is now sold, and I have one less thing to worry about! All of this took place over a summer (Dan explained that summer is often slow going for sales.), a wedding in his family and a number of health issues all around. I never once felt I was imposing one him with my myriad questions and worries. It has been my pleasure to get to know him and to be able to rely on his advice.
