Very unprofessional service. I spoke mostly with Shannon, and I was never contacted when I was told I would be. I was told repeatedly that my taxes would be filed before the deadline, and it wasn't. I was offered no explanation or apology. They made something that is already stressful an even more stressful experience.

The team is knowledgeable, efficient, professional and more importantly friendly and willing to take all of the bookkeeping and accounting tasks out of my hands.
