        Janet at the Tacoma Drive location she actually gave me a pair of pants that she had put on hold for herself (!!) because it was the only one left in my size. It actually brought up emotion in me because it is very hard to feel good in clothes and she made it so much easier for me. Thank you Janet.

        Lovely shop and fabulous people! The ladies here are warm and friendly, know their product well, and are always on hand to encourage customers to try new looks and be adventurous. Much laughter and fun every time I visit this store! Throughout the pandemic, the Penn ladies observed all the precautions, and still made customers feel welcome and relaxed. Shopping here is always enjoyable.
