        Went to local store to purchase a watch for my wife, didnt have it there so I got them to call second location in town 10 minutes away. Didnt have it there either. So ended up ordering online and guess where it shipped from, the second store location Wait over a week to arrive from the other side of the bridge, when I clearly could have picked it up that day if staff wasnt being lazy. Gave it to my wife this morning for her birthday and low and behold she opens up a lifeless watch with a dead battery. Then upon researching, we find out the warranty is void if we replace the battery ourselves. So ultimately will have to send away or go to a jeweller. I wrote a review on the product page this morning only to just see that the review has been removed with no contact about amendment. Thumbs up boathouse.. Thanks for all the extra leg work.
