Dr Teliki has been my (Sandys) Doctor for the past 8 months. I have met with him once and had 3 telephone appointments with him. My phone appointments all occurred within the timeframe that they were scheduled and he alway took the time to listen and discuss any issues that I may be having. I found him to be very attentive, helpful, kind and friendly and I feel very fortunate to have him as my family Doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr Leighton for over 30 years. Her knowledge and care is always of the highest caliber. I am always so grateful to have such a skilled and compassionate physician.

I love my doctor, and I'm extremely satisfied with their services but the receptionist is very curt and unfriendly. I shouldn't be anxious about calling my doctors office because I fear the mood the MOA will be in. Its hard enough to get through to the office already, the line is often busy. Then when I do manage to get through, the woman answering the phone is just plain nasty. As someone who has worked many customer service jobs, it's disappointing to see such poor service being provided at an otherwise wonderful clinic. If it wasn't so difficult to get a family doctor in halifax, I would have switched after my first bad experience. I have yet to have a single positive interaction with the MOA. Sad.
