Partner needed pants done quickly for a funeral and they had it finished for us within a couple of days. Very grateful and the pants were hemmed nicely.

My experience with this business has been negative 5 star regardless of the location. Whether its Mumford or Bedford, its the same rude experience. One time at Mumford location, I bought pizza from the next store and went there to pick up my clothes. I put the pizza box on couch so I could make the payments. The lady at counter yelled her lungs out like I committed crime. Holly smoke never been so embarrassed in my life

They lady was no where close to friendly. Seemed like I was putting her out asking for the dry cleaning. None of them wear masks while customers aren't there. They don't seem to realize that the exemption when you work around steam is only when you do. They're walking around the entire store without masks on and don't care at all. The woman hated that I waited by the door until she finally put her mask on. So not good for someone with an auto-immune condition like myself. Lack of health safety, terrible attitude, I can find a lot better elsewhere. Service: Alterations
