I had an issue with an electric baseboard not working. The techs patiently listened to my explanations (and didn't ignore them). They then did some troubleshooting to determine that the problem was not the baseboard or the thermostat but a wiring crossover with a thermostat in another room. They could have easily replaced both the thermostat and baseboard but simply fixed the wiring issue. Problem resolved.

The team at Totally Electric is fantastic--from estimation to job completion. Alex was lead on our job and was quick to offer ideas to make the project better and always responsive (can't say enough good about our experience working with him).
