Have been dealing with the company since July. Heat pump was 6 months old when it started having an issue and fully in warranty. The tech came out once for a quick look and said he would come back to repair it. After a month of me calling constantly with no return to voice mail, I finally got ahold of them. They said they would come back out and look. They came out told me they have never had the unit apart before and not sure how to replace parts. Would have to contact the manufacture for the parts and how to do the repair. They said they would be in contact in a couple days with the information to proceed. Again after another few weeks of trying to get ahold of them when I did they argued warranty and said they don't know if the manufacturer would cover it. I said its been 3 weeks and they admitted they never contacted anyone to find out information and would have to come back for more information that week. Again 2 weeks later nothing. No phone calls returned and would not answer. I had to go directly to the manufacture who apologized deeply for the very poor customer care from this company and sent me right the district manager for the heat pump. The district manager for the heat pump brand sent me to another repair company who came out with in a couple days and had the heat pump fully repaired in just over an hour with parts replaced all covered under the warranty no questions ask. This company needs a wake up call on customer service and actually do things they say they will do. Not make up excuses and try and pretend you do not have warranty when in fact there is on paper and acknowledge by the manufacture or lead you on for months for a basic repair that could have been completed with in a week of the first visit. I highly do not recommend this company for anything whether it is your first purchase or repairs to a unit.

We have gotten this company in the past. Had two heat pumps put in....Very eager for the business at the time......called today and they were very quick to brush us off. Told they are "too bogged up" with other jobs. Lost our business for good! Would rather pay another company who appreciates their return customers. Very flippant owner attitude!!!
