Unfortunately, my first and only experience with Blossom Shops was a disappointing one. I had originally tried to place an online order for delivery of a Valentines Day bouquet to my wife. After placing my order, I received a confirmation email and everything appeared to be working as intended. However, Valentines Day came and went with no flowers finding their way to our home. I never received an update from the company and my correspondence never received a reply. The store may put together a great bouquet (not that I would know), but their customer service and ordering system could use some work.

Best flowers and plants around

We used Blossom Shops for our wedding flowers and wow! They were beautiful (I think the photos speak for themselves). We would definitely recommend Blossom Shops as they made the whole process very easy! We filled out an online questionnaire and then we met with Penny at the Bedford shop to discuss what we wanted. A few weeks before the wedding we spoke again with Penny to finalize the details (e.g. finalize table numbers, bridal party numbers, drop off location, timings etc). In between we communicated via email and Penny was quick to reponse to any questions we had. A few days before the wedding we viewed an example of our bouquet at the Windsor location to check we were happy with them (we were and made no changes!) On the morning of our wedding, the boys' boutonnires were dropped off at the air bnb they were getting ready in, and the rest of the flowers were dropped off at the venue (where myself and the girls got ready). Drop off and set up was smooth, they were on-time, and Penny, her husband and all the staff we interacted with throughout the process were very friendly and helpful! 5*! We definitely would recommend!
