Last week I ordered Flowers 4 stems for around $70, so not cheap. I got some greenery with it. Starting the next day they started dying even before opening while properly caring for them. When I called they said they would replace them if I sent in a picture. So I sent the picture of the dead flowers and they never responded. My wife got a hold of them and drove in to get them herself and the had them but didn't have the greenery to make it proper to what I had paid for. When she asked they went to talk about it and decided they weren't going to fulfill what I paid for and that they didn't want to give any greenery however cheap it is. So for 2 people driving into the city twice I have paid Over $70 and never received the bouquet I ordered that included 4 stems with greenery to fill it out. I have bought there twice a year for over 10 years. Definitely not the customer service I expected.

The flowers for my mom were absolutely gorgeous...I am out of province and Flower Trends always treats me amazing when i need flowers...Thank you for being amazing Pam Anderson
