Opening time is false, was told by bystanders it usually opens after 9am if the store owner is on time.

Clubhouse sandwich and greek salad are the bomb, hit the spot

Has a food and coffee, and most importantly - seating. Has a TD bank ATM inside too. Hard to find those in Halifax.
