TD Meloche Monnex

Well both my cars were damaged by someone and because they took of the gas cap and the oil cap the inspector didn't see nothing so it never happened. The car was taken to the shop and I was told it needed an oil change and it would be good. I asked them to clean the engine out and then add oil. Because they cleaned the engine and the Masterfull inspector said Nothing they can do about it and my insurance will not cover anything. Cost me almost $2600.00 to get my car off the road and both are totally dead just cannot afford over $9000.00 to maybe fix one as I was Quoted. TD wants to close the file as not their problem. I am most impressed with an inspector that can take an oil cap off and tell a person all about an engine. My brother has been a mechanic all his life and wants to meet this Guru! I have been a AA millwright on heavy machines and never could do this amazing feat!

Workers are nice but they just dont know about anything. Theyll offer you the wrong insurance simply because they dont know better. When you question them about how it doesnt make sense they dont ask they supervisor they just stick with it. You call back later only to find out its incorrect from another agent.

Very bad experience, i was told car insurance super expensive and when i canceled the insurance they wanted me to pay a huge fee that i was told about on the phone for 30 min . Just surprise, definitely illegal i will fight it till the end .

Service was great, but I was told it would take 10 extra minutes to add house insurance. More than 30 minutes later I had get rude to end the conversation because I had to drive.

Cancelled my insurance without letting me know, I drove around with no insurance for two months and got a massive crack in my windshield. When I called to let them know my car was in the shop getting my windshield replaced they wanted me to pay for the two months I WASN'T insured AND they wouldn't cover my windshield despite me paying an extra $20 a month specifically for front windshield insurance. What a joke.
