When my order had delivery issues with Canadapost and got super confusing for both the store and me, Michelle and her team were so friendly, accommodating and understanding through the entire process. Was at The Vault today picking up a birthday present. I had Cindy helping me pick out a birthday gift for my girlfriend. She was incredibly helpful, and super nice! The store was super clean, and located well. The store had a vast variety of very well priced jewelry, with all kinds of intricate and unique designs, definitely a great option with the price of gold and silver being so high!

The Vault has a variety of unique and cool designs at super reasonable prices. The staff are incredibly sweet and accommodating, and the store is local which is another great reason to support it! Will definitely come again for more purchases soon!

Quality collections, and unique pieces. Stunning gold, silver, and glass jewellery. Nice selection of Uno50. Knowledgeable, warm staff. Bright, open space.
