The staff are professional, patient, kind and understanding. Dr Roth has a kind heart and goes above and beyond to make sure the kids are comfortable in their braces. Front staff always greets you with a smile and words of encouragement. Couldnt have been picked a better orthodontic office to work with.

My experience with Clayton Orthodontics' customer service and accounting department was highly disappointing. Despite having dual insurance coverage, they failed to efficiently coordinate my benefits, resulting in a $3000 loss. Two years into treatment, I discovered unclaimed benefits because they didn't properly handle my insurance coverage. While their medical expertise may be commendable, their administrative negligence is unacceptable. I caution others to verify their insurance coverage and monitor claims closely to avoid similar losses.

A wonderful experience! The staff are so kind and personable as well as professional. I had to get my elastics changed and Dr. Stephen Roth is not my primary orthodontist, but they really treated me as if I was one of their own patients! Wishing I could continue my orthodontic treatment here. They really know what they're doing! Will recommend to my fellow travel nurses who are looking for orthodontic treatment. Again- what a wonderful experience.
