I hired Chris to manage my empty house and property while I was out of the country on business. Even after 9 months I had zero complaints. I had some special requirements, but we were able to customize and sign a contract in less than week. My schedule changed a bit over the year, but he adapted right away. He was also able to both source and manage contractors for the property as needed (snow removal, repairs, etc) on my behalf. Overall I was quite impressed with his professionalism and flexibility, and he made my life much easier. I always trusted that my property and valuables were taken care of properly. Would recommend him to anyone.
