Roth Associates in Psychology

Every time I have gone to Roth and associates I had a wonderful experience. However I called about a week ago and tried to book an appointment to see someone about some issues Ive been struggling with. I havent been there since before covid hit and I could not remember who I was with. I was pretty much told that I cannot book anything in the evening because I was a new patient. I work a job where it is very hard to get time off. Needless to say I was very disappointed. When someone reaches out for help, that call should be heard. And I think it is terrible that this place was not willing to help. Maybe you could revisit the policy, if indeed it is a policy.
