Refined Real Estate

Received this letter in the mail from this company who got our names off the property title. The letter is framed to look like a couple and their baby are looking to buy a home but the girl in the picture is his sister (who knows whose baby). There is no mention of the business on the letter or in the return address. I imagine they are trying to appeal to/prey upon people looking to sell privately to a nice family. Very sketchy and intentionally misleading way to conduct business.

Ive known the team at Refined Real-estate for a while; and I knew when I heard their company strategy it was going to be a great opportunity to take advantage of a growing market. It was more hands-off than I expected but that was fine as progress exceeded my expectations at each milestone communication. Overall it was a solid investment and I hope to do it again soon. The returns, delivered as promised, were obviously Very nice too!

Ive always considered myself a conservative investor. I reached out to Refined Real Estate and they provided me with a few investment options and proceeded to carefully walk me through each choice. I was instantly impressed with their attention to detail and safe-guards to insure a quick ROI. Low and behold they hit all benchmarks and provided me the exact return promised without issue. Im looking forward to the opportunity to invest in larger projects in the future.

I started private lending with Refined to earn more than I was with my traditional stocks (and reduce risk from market fluctuations). They explained the process clearly and answered any questions I had with an excellent understanding. Once that project finished, Ian and Janelle presented a JV opportunity to me it was an easy decision to invest and earn equity. The project was well secured, the financials were clearly communicated, the schedule was followed and the process well thought out. I'm happy to be a part of their team!
