Just made an appointment that I am going to cancel. Front desk lady is extremely rude. Ignored a question, major attitude. Do us all a favo8ur and find a job where you don't have to deal with the general public please. When these reviews popped up about the office in general it sealed the deal to go elsewhere.

I'm writing this review as I am extremely disappointed with the service I had recieved from this H&R block location. My spouse had contacted H&R regarding being auditied over 400$'s, they basically told us tough luck and tried to say that we were missing tax information when I know that we had submitted this exact T4 information when I had went over the exact same day to the place I previously worked at and got said T4... So they either lost my info during covid or are lying, but it gets even better - they tried to tell me that they couldn't access my T4's from my University when they had sent me emails confirming that my student infomation T4 was released a month previously.... They then told us that they basically didn't need to fix our problem, their Manager Michael said he would contact us back and gave my spouse lots of attitude and had absolutely no sympathy. AFTER ALL OF THIS: Michael told us he would attempt to refile our taxes to try and fix the problem AND told us that the amount was actually decreased which was also a lie... He said he would call back the following Thursday to get back to us and it's been over a month and a half, my favourite part is how they haven't returned any of our voicemails AND everytime we get through their front-desk people continously say he's 'busy' and will call us back and still has not. We ended up filing with another company and spent over 200$ to get our taxes done RIGHT. Do not waste your time with these people, they seriously don't even care about customer service and give no care about fixing mistakes that is THERE FAULT - they also love to ignore you too, even when the specifiy times that they will call and do not even give you an update after a month and a half even though we had continously given them chances and went out of our way to get updates after not receiving any. Edit: I am still currently awaiting an email from the district management as well I would really appreciate someone getting a hold of one us please.
