        Booked an appointment to get my taxes done. Had to take the day off work to do so. Got there and they told me they couldn't do my taxes because I had income from an employer in Quebec. They did not ask this question when I booked my appointment online and failed to let me know they didn't have someone capable of doing my taxes until I took time out of my day to physically go to the location, thus completely wasting my time.

        Made an appointment, they called to confirm, arrived, no appointment. Said we could do drop off and that there was one person who could handle our taxes - not super complex but did involve 2 provinces. Ask me to come pick up file to bring to another location - cant find the file. Eventually find in random filing cabinet under the incorrect name. I understand its a busy time of year but totally lacking in professionalism. Dont trust these people with your taxes!
